Crafter/Vendor Application

Complete this form to apply to be a crafter or vendor at our Annual Car and Truck Show on September 25, 2021. This year we will have 25 spaces for vendors. An Application Fee of $15.00 should be made payable to: Milesburg Museum & Historical Society, P.O. Box 826 Milesburg, PA 16853. Please respond by June 1, 2021.

If you are selected:

- Vendors must arrive by 7:00 a.m., unload and remove vehicle before the antique cars arrive.

- A map and other details will be mailed or emailed to you.
